OEM W205 Roof Bike Rack Thoughts
Does anyone have the oem mercedes roof mount bike rack? what are your thoughts? The trailor hitch is more expensive and i dont want to put a hitch on my car. would prefer roof rack and also more versatile for other accessories.
Do you prefer to put bikes on hitch or roof? I would think hitch would protect bikes more from road debris. Any other negatives to roof bike rack? Aerodynamics i guess. We dont have crazy expensive 6k dollar each bikes but they are still nice trek bikes.

i have already looked there. I def dont want trunk mount. roof or hitch mount preferred. I didnt like the hitch becuase all of them had to cut diffusor. I didnt want to do that. roof just seems so high up haha.
may just end up putting the hitch on our lincoln mkc. under $200 and i already have a hitch bike rack. wanted to drive the benz but oh well. Still curious to see solutions from others.

Hi, I have it and I love it.
I also have the same kind of OEM roof bars for my 911. Also, the bike rack that goes on it are compatible. So I am using my Porsche bike carrier on my C300 Roof bars.
