Has anyone gotten the mid speaker LED yet? I have a E450 Cabriolet, with the tweeter next to the mid speaker and not on the sail panel, so tweeters wont work for me. The mid's are another question.
Finally installed the new tweeters. They look and sound awesome! Fitment was ok. Benzdude, how was your fitment on each door? My drivers side went in fine but passenger, I struggled to fit the thing in there. In any case, money well spent! Will post pics later...

Yes, the motor used to spin the tweeters is very large.
I had to first reroute the existing mirror cables (try not to bend the fiber optic cables) to the left and right sides, and then mini zip tie them in place. This made the install easier.

Yeah I tried that too. Passenger side was a PITA to fit in but it's there. I'll probably take the door panel off in warmer weather in late spring and reroute the cables like you did. Driver side fits perfect tho.

I also lubricated the plastic gear that rotates for added longevity, since it spins so much.

Benzdude ...thanks man. Is it just me or the tweeters actually sound much better than the OEM? Just noticing better sound quality especially in sorroud mode.

On some songs they do. I have treble at 10, mids at 0 and bass at 1 (trunk sub butter, i highly recommend it!). Surround is on @ all 4 seats, fader is all 0.
You should play a good tweeter song and compare them with the back tweeters. Hop in back, stick your ear close.

my tweeters is for the W205 C180 have an extra 4 pin plug i have no idea were to connect this plug
Disconnect #6 connector from door controller and plug it into the harness, then plug the harness into #6 port. i got the tweeters to work and every thing motor working fine but no light ,
2. Disconnect tweeter 2 pin cable, plug into Y harness cable to new 3d tweeter.

Did you buy from the same seller as listed in the post?
Did the seller confirm your car year, model and number of ambient package colors, if any? Not all aftermarket 3d tweeter kits are the same.
Is your car a 2015 w205 with factory 3 color ambient?
