retrofit rotating tweeters (burmester copy)

Sometimes they send you the DIY version (not plug and play) and you need to solder wires together.
My car only had 3 colors and they sent me a simple plug and play set with tiny black boxes on the harness. (like below)
I suspect for 64 colors you would need at least 4 - 5 wires on the connector. Power, ground, red, green, blue?
You can follow the OEM wire from door trim ambient light to the controller (on the door) to find the correct plug.
NOTE. Each OEM connector has a specific shape and should be made to fit the plugs on the harness they sent you.
Does your cable have black boxes attached?
Also, Did you contact the seller?

Nice! Did you check that the fuse is GOOD and not burnt?
Your harness looks solid.

Some wires are outside the photo and cannot be seen. No overlapping wires please.
(Also, Leave your hands out of the photo)

Does that black box have an extra port on it that may fit the extra 4 wire white connector???

Did you try BOTH speakers to see if one might be DEFECTIVE?
Also that black box looks like it only has one blue connector on either side. It must connect to the speaker body (at some point) but I can't tell because your wires are all OEVRLAPPING in the photo.

Please separate the wires or I can't help.

All I can suggest is unplug the BIG white connector with the black boxes and try BOTH boxes (left and right) on the SAME speaker. Then try it on the other speaker.
Sorry.
This mentions an extra white speaker connector.

I just saw this photo. Looks like your Chinese blue connector doesn't match the 2019 W205 #6 blue connector wiring?

ASK THE SELLER.
Do you have a friend with a 2018 c-class?

It still lights up and sound works just doesn't rotate out.
While upgrading all of the speakers in my car I discovered that my aftermarket tweeters had their polarity different to the front door mids.
The mids popped positive in tests and tweeters popped negative.
Luckily the seller including a tweeter Y cable with an additional speaker connector that is wired opposite, so the fix was easy.

You can check your speaker polarity using a $10 FH-168 and speaker pop tone cd (included).

The first step to installing an aftermarket DSP amp is to verify all speakers are wired correctly (positive/negative).
You disconnect the harness and send pop test tone directly from the harness to each speaker and test. They should all be in phase (+) if wired correctly.
Afterwards, the JL Audio Fix 82 calibration CD has phase test tones (someone saying "in phase", "out of phase"), that can be used to verify all connections with the new AMP and speakers installed.
You will actually hear the vocals/sound move location and feel a change in pressure in your ears when out of phase.
Track 02: Left / Right Channel Identification
Track 03: Phase Test (20 Hz - 200 Hz)
Track 04: Phase Test (200 Hz - 2 kHz)
Track 05: Phase Test (2 kHz - 20 kHz)
Track 06: Phase Test (full-range)
Here is sample in phase/out of phase test track.
