Finally installed the Panamericana/GTR-style grille!
Upon finishing I was met with a check engine light. I realized I had forgotten to reattach the ambient air temp sensor. It took 20 minutes to jack up the car, take off the splash guard, reattach the sensor, replace everything and lower the car. The check engine light went away after 20 miles.
The grille was a much more labor-intensive process than the quad tips. Even though it took me a bit longer to install the exhaust setup, I was able to do it without any help at all.
I’ve spent $400 and 8 hours to install the quad tips and grille but I’m incredibly happy with the way everything has turned out. My next mod? Probably interior ambient lighting.

I definitely DID NOT like this grille when I first saw it. I thought it threw off all of the beautiful lines. I originally ordered the diamond grille, but my mind was changed instantly after I saw a stunning picture of this grille on a black sport package coupe. I think this is one of the grilles that just takes time to get accustomed to. The car has a subtle aggressiveness to it now that was missing from the stock grille. I am absolutely in love with the look, no regrets! (other than forgetting to plug back in the air temp sensor
)
