Brown is usually ground. Orange wire is yellow color at 12 volt and white wire is blue color at 12 volts. You can test with a simple 9 volt battery.
If you have factory 3 color ambient just splice into existing 3 wires.
What I believe this photo is saying is:
1. Remove pin 1 and pin 13 front the factory harness and plug them into the connector of the turbine vents.
2. Replace the wires removed in the last step with the two from the turbine vent wire harness.
Does that sound right?

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
is related to the installation of the illuminated aerators,
I'm going to mount them but I don't know how or where I have to connect them so they light up.
My car has no factory ambient light, I put them later, so in this case, where do I have to connect the aerators? My cables are 3 (white, brown and orange), the center console connect it to the blue plug under the steering wheel (orange wire to pin 1 and white to pin 13) and to the taillights (pull a wire to plug the orange pin 27 and white pin 28 to the yellow connector) so where do I have to connect the front aerators? I also don't know where to connect the rear ones.
