Thumbs up Need part number for Gray Plastic Mercedes Wiring Connector Plug Pin Lock *SOLVED!*

I broke the gray locking pin while disconnecting the passenger side front bumper harness connector.

Anyone know if it has a part number or is sold separately?? I've also seen them on headlight connectors.

Broken pin

You can see it @ 4:15 in this video

its in the front bumper on the right inner fender. My car has parking sensors in the bumper I guess. I've added a zip tie for now. Thanks.

When I changed out my factory illuminated star for an aftermarket one, it did NOT come with a plug end, just bare wire ends. I didn't want to cut the original factory plug just in case I wanted to change it back so I had to find an original factory plug end. Sounds like a simple find right, I mean after all there are countless wire connectors used in every German car made over the last unpteen years. After searching the web I seen a few that 'might' be the right part but didn't show a clear photo of the inside. Rather than order something that might work I took the original star with the factory plug end to a couple of repair shops that specialise in Foreign cars. On my 3rd stop I found a shop that works mostly on BMW's. I showed the guy what I needed and he fumbled around in a box full of wiring harnesses and pulled out one that was an exact match! Cost was $25.00, which was probably twice the actual cost but hey he was holding the part that I needed in his hand so I bought it.
Hope that helps ya' Benzdude!
