Question on C63 rims and w205 C300 Sport package

Okay everyone I'm back and I'm doing my final little bit of research before I go with an aftermarket rim.

A guy in another thread in the c300 Coupe section mentioned that he put AMG C63 rims on his c205. They look like they fit fine. I was told that the AMG C63 rims, 19 inch in size, will not fit my 2016 C300. Something about the offsets being too aggressive and that the tires would stick out past the wheel well. Not sure the validity of this so checking with you guys.

Has anyone done this? I'm not under any illusions that these rims will turn my c300 into a race car but I love the look of them especially black on a white car.

Whether I go OEM or a good aftermarket replica is up for debate but I'd like to see whether the OEM will fit.

My car is a 17 Base model, and I put genuine OEM forged c63 rims on them and they're fine. The car is dropped on eibach springs too.

Damn; so they DO fit. I've had 2 people tell me no and 2 people tell me yes. I was looking at getting a set of these for my C300 with the AMG brakes but pulled away from it after a local guy who was going to sell them to me stated they wouldn't fit and that he had tried this on his old C300.

Got any pics of your ride?

I might just have to put my local Kijiji ad up again. Folks here sell them for around 2k a set (without rubber).

I got mine for $1350 including half-life indy 500. Tires are 245/35/19 93W and 265/35/19 98W. There was fear that the front tires would rub, but i haven't encountered that issue.

That looks absolutely fantastic.

I have a set of 265/245 staggered tires from my Q50 RS, and was thinking of getting some 19s for my W205. Seems like the stagger doesn't affect the 4matic?

Mine isn't 4matic. I don't know how tires and wheels work for 4matic.. You're going to have to ask someone about that.

Yeah those look stunning. For me I'd want them in satin black most likely.

My c300 is also 4matic so hopefully someone out there has an answer as to whether that is something that would impact anything. I wouldn't think it would considering that is more than drivetrain than the wheels no?
