I bought my car with the amg steering wheel already installed but none of the buttons or the horn worked. Took it to Mercedes specialist and they told me that it would not work and I had to buy the original w205 again. Reading this thread, clearly it does work as your one did. I have a 2015 c class amg line sports premium. Do you think the eBay link to the module would work? I unfortunately spent £200 on another original w205 steering wheel so now have 2. An original steering wheel and also the new one you have installed.

You need an adapter. Mine came with its adapter and airbag.
