Front Control Arm, Rear Arm

Hello everyone,
I recently had a diagnostic done on my 2015 C300 4MATIC. Turns out the ball joint on the front driver side control arm was wearing really badly and was causing the horrible screeching noise when I turned left slowly.
The mechanic had told me that these cars have two control arms, and the one causing the issue with the ball joint was the REAR front control arm.
I called a dealership to get a part number, and wanted to see if anyone can confirm that this is the right part before I order it?
So it would have to be the front driver side rear control arm...the wording is a bit confusing to me.
Here's the link and the part number, any advice would help!
Part number: 205-330-19-05

Thanks so much!

I had the exact same issue and the picture of the part you posted is the correct one. It's called the lower control arm. I suggest buying from FCPEuro (forum sponsor). Last I check they were selling this part for $180.

Nope, the picture you posted is for the front control arm of the front driver side. The rear one is the attached pix. I went through the trouble myself (stealership gave me the front instead of the rear when I asked for the lower front control arm, wasted $400 for parts and installation).

So this would be the OEM version of the part you shared? This is a bit confusing.

As a heads up I have a 4MATIC without any air suspension, only the comfort package which is why it may look different.
