Wear or Stain in Cranberry Bolster
I can’t seem to figure out how to get rid of this stain. Car only has 20,000 miles. Is this a stain or worn through? It looks like it’s on top of the leather but it doesn’t seem to come off. Tried leather cleaner, magic eraser, etc.
anyone else have this and gotten rid of it?

I have the same issue, although not as bad. I believe its from the seat belt rubbing.
You can try to re-stain it the same color or check how much the seat cover costs to replace. Mine would be $600

Did you try a professional detailer. Mine was similar to yours black spots on red seats. i gave up trying. I took to a local detailer he brought back all seats as new.

If it's not covered: https://leatherworldtech.com/mercede...e-color-chart/
Or find a Tandy Leather store. They sell many easy to apply leather dyes. On Amazon too, if you know the color match.

I looked up dye on colourlock, but can't tell which color Cranberry is. Red Berry? There are multiple reds as you can imagine.

"Excessive wear" can be covered by a MB dealer under "New-Car-Warranty-Good-Will" - no possible coverage under CPO Warranty.
A experienced/competent upholstery guy (and they are getting much rarer - can replace specific panels with matching OE material - these select shops we call "magician's".
A competent shop without that specific experience can replace that bottom or seat back cover with a MB replacement cover.
There's labor to pull and reinstall the seat - for a qualified shop that about genuine 1/2 to get it out - and 1/2 hr to reinstall.
