NEED ENGINE REPLACEMENT AT 48k! 17 C300
2017 C300 Coupe with AMG package 2.0 turbocharge.
I bought this car two years ago with 26k on the clock, 6 weeks ago with 48k now on it the car just started shaking profusely and then cut off. I had it towed to the shop and then was told that cylinder 1 spark plug had combust causing my engine to die.
I have now got to pay for a whole new engine plus labor. Mercedes want nothing to do with me or the problem.
I’m really quite hurt since this has been my 3rd Mercedes and the lack of customer care is in my opinion is terrible.
Does anyone know if there is a class action lawsuit I can join and how to join it. I have heard there is but can’t seem to find how to join.

NC is 2/24,000. I’m pretty much screwed out of $10k almost. I will never buy a Mercedes ever again and it’s a shame because I really do love the car otherwise but MB as a company can go get shafted!

No warranty at all? Where did you use to maintain the car. This car is now at some Mechanic who said that you need a complete new engine because of cylinder 1 spark plug combust? I recommend that the car is taken to your dealer and get them to fix the problem once for all. So if someone gets a spark plug combust he needs to replace his engine?

I really hope the dealership can fix the car and not having OP to replace the whole engine. We need an update from him this might happen to anyone of us.
