Was looking into this myself. Not much info and website is a bit vague, specifically about what models verses coding options available. You also have to purchase credits it appears to do the coding but no mention of cost list per function. I'm surprised no one has a review on Youtube.

I've placed an order for the OBDII dongle from MBito.app recently. I haven't received it yet. I ordered it for my 2017 E400 Wagon. I'll provide an update as soon as I receive it and get a chance to check it out. I reached out to the company and they claim many options are available on the app/dongle for free except for start/stop (10 euro) and one-touch blinker times (5 euro). We'll see how many of the options are free. I'm sure it will include most of the menu/display items but I'm hoping it can also upgrade the interior lighting to multi-color.

@luxuries it is doing as advertised, I did adjust several functions, start stop off, seatbelt warning off, daylight rear lights on. Just be aware the interesting functions require a one time payment to unlock functionality

Looks good, but "pay to play" features really annoys me. Just charge me one price for the device and let me use all the features.

Love Mbito for a non professional technician
Love this device. Read faul cores, reset ECU, improve some confort settings for free and some with cost, but very little in comparison to the just the fuel to go to the dealer.
i spent 30 credits to manage Start/stop, air recirculating timer and AMG head Unit, this last one didn’t work and I’m in touch with support to get it fixed or get a refund
Overall, great device for the price. I recommend it

Mercedes Benz GLE 43 Coupe

Received my device this week. Very simple and easy to use. I purchased this item to change the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit. My GLE 43 was built in Canada and I’m in the USA. I also tried the strobe light feature very cool if you attend car shows. This is a feature I don’t believe I’ll get much use of. The OBDII scanner is powerful. The device will scan and report back on ALL electronic devices. It found codes that my OBDII scanner didn’t find. The explanation for faulty codes was easy to understand. It would be nice to get info on how to fix. Fortunately I didn’t have too many faults. You do need to pay for some of the more complex up grades. So far none of the upgrades were of any value for me. My vehicle has the premium package. Will have to see what future upgrades they come out with.

Unfortunately the customer support team or tech support never gets back you. Had similar issues, bought more "credits" and still nothing. Reached out several times, I mean several times and after 3 weeks I received an email asking me what is my account email? Of course I reposed immediately, that was a month ago and several other emails from me and nothing. Also the same on their website through the chat option. Too bad, seems like a decent product, does not work and unfortunately they do not care since they have your funds. You will never get any back or possibly a real response that is helpful. SUCKS for us.

Follow Up
A quick follow up, the technical help they offered me was actually very helpful and useful. And no, I would not buy another device, although frustrating to deal with, it does work for what I needed. Now here is the kicker, I got a call from my Dealer stating I need to bring in my car for a recall, the engine management system has a recall. So, I am going to delete what I had done, put it back on when I get my car back. Timing, geez.....
