Inside edge tire wear -- bushings before alignment

I have a high-mileage 2015 C300 4matic. I'm getting a lot of wear on the inside edges of both my front and rear tires. I can take it in for an alignment, but I don't want to have it aligned and then have to replace front and rear suspension bushings -- if the most likely cause is deteriorating lower control arm and swaybar bushings.

Is inside edge wear a typical symptom of tired bushings?

Note this.
Camber cannot be adjusted on these cars.
Well the front has the potential to by fixed amount using some special BOLT you have to purchase from MB

MANY threads on CAMBER ADJUSTMENT kits.
Check them out and google the internet.

for me I went with KMAC adjustable bushings.

@K-Mac I guess might as well mention them to help explain the whole product line tailored to OP's car since they are a sponsor of this forum.

Thanks. I'm not looking for performance mods on this issue. (I have a race car for that. )

I'm getting inside wear -- and cupping, it looks like -- on both front and rear tires. If that's a typical straghtforward and issue with something like lower control arms or swaybard, then I'll replace those before I pay somebody to do an alignment. I can put the car up in the air and visually look for bushing issues, but my hope was that someone more familiar with this model might say 'oh, yeah -- at 100,000 miles the such-and-such bushings are typically shot, with those symptoms.

I might had missed it but is there a pulling issue? Or vehicle drives straight?

It drives fine. But I'm seeing pretty terrible inside edge wear. This is a rear passenger wheel:

Yikes, that is very bad, as for bushings, do you hear noises? Get your mechanic to check the bushings first before the alignment.

Yes cost cutting and ever increasing speed of new car assembly lines Front Camber (and Caster) along with rear Camber has been deleted !

Often quoted re assuring “Full Front & Rear ‘4’ Wheel Alignment” - is now only basic Toe “directional” adjustment.

Yet Camber is essential allowing to adjust tire contact angles to spread load more evenly.

Daily commuting encountering high cambered roads with excess passenger side edge wear. Or inner edge wear both sides through extra passenger loads or lowering. Spirited driving and excess outer edge wear. Plus now no ongoing adjustment to cater for curb knock damage.

K-MAC front and rear kits are designed to BOLT-ON - no special tools or need for time consuming control arm removal.

ALSO SAME TIME REPLACING THE 4 FRONT AND REAR HIGHEST WEARING BUSHINGS. WHILE RE INSTATING CASTER ADJUSTMENT ALLOWS TO RESOLVE STEERING PULL, IMPROVE DIRECTIONAL CONTROL, ACCURATELY COMPENSATE FOR CAMBER CHANGE !

Unique patented design allows precise single wrench easily accessible adjustment. ULTIMATE - direct on alignment rack UNDER LOAD.

PRICED RIGHT - FRONT CAMBER KIT (For Both Sides) $345 - less cost than one quality tire.

SEE SPOILER W205 Front & Rear kits (All Models)

Hence the K-MAC camber adjustment kit.

They main kit is for your daily driver and then they have fancy stuff for track cars.

Yes, get it alignment so that you know that is is right. After hitting many bad roads and maybe even some potholes that can cause some problems with the alignment.
