Thanks for sharing, looking forward to your initial impressions of the vehicle. Is that spectral blue/starling blue? Great choice!

Yes, it’s spectral/starling blue. When I ordered the car 12 months ago, I was worried that this blue would be too bright. But in the photo, in bright sunshine, I think it looks great!

I was also happy/relieved to learn the Burmester was not omitted.

I may have only one small regret, but I’ll only know after taking delivery and driving over months. I chose the fineline anthracite trim and metal weave center console because I wanted to minimize glossy surfaces and I did not want piano black. But in this thread I learned that the silver diamond finish is more matte, and not glossy. I assumed it was glossy.

More to come after I drive it.
but my dealer invited me to come and check out the dealer trainer model a couple/few months ago, so at least I had a couple in-person first impressions from a few minutes to check out the car. Overall I liked it and overall materials quality was better in person than some YouTube reviews indicated. Definitely comfortable, but it takes longer road trips to really know. Somehow both more luxurious and more sporty than W205…at least that was my impression from, again, only a few minutes with the dealer trainer before their mechanics got their training.

Looking forward to tomorrow or Friday.

All great options, I doubt you will actually regret choosing that. The wait for this car was difficult for you but it was totally worth it! You were the lucky ones to actually see a dealer training vehicle as a customer, thank you for sharing your experience with the interior quality and comfort compared to the outgoing model.

Looking forward to your initial impressions especially ride quality for AMG line models since we don't have adjustable dampers.

Congrats!

ran to the local dealer and they had the two colors that I wanted to see. Starling and cirrus. For your reference.

Thanks for the photos. Is that the white interior on the Cirrus Silver? How does everyone feel about the lip spoiler on AMG cars?

Looks like Neva Grey. I like the lip, I find that like on the S-Class it kind of completes the look of the rear versus without it.

Cirrus silver and yes white interior. Pretty striking. rear spoiler is a necessary add on IMO.

It's cirrus silver.

Copy! do you feel the lip spoiler would look much better if it was black? to match the Night package like black mirros and window trims.

I like body color spoilers, but I am getting the studio pack which makes all that jazz black - so kinda a hypocrite at the end of the day

sorry, that is correct. a lot less grey and more white in reality. I would call it a white interior if we were leaving out specifics.

I just wrapped up a 30ish mile drive in one of the C300s. I am even more impressed than I expected to be.

From the drivers seat you almost feel as though you're in the S and the 48v makes the stop/start feature almost imperceptible as well as offering the same sailing mode from the I6 48v system.

Nice, how was acceleration? Were you able to drive it in high speeds?

So, cars are at dealers and the USA website still shows “Price coming soon.” That website is a joke.

If this makes you feel better, the MB Canada site still shows the facelift W205....

Sweet so what do you think of the ride comfort to the E. Is it much closer now or even better than the W213? (me wishful thinking but curious)

Hi everyone

Here is my update

then GSM/VIP Sales at my dealer came through big time for me. My car will be here in about 3 days. Did the paper work tonight. Gave me a good amount in my trade. No market adjustment on new car!!!

polar white with AMG power red/black leather seats.
exclusive trim
AMG package
panorama sunroof
parking assist package.

can’t wait to get it and tint the windows and have it ceramic coated!! Did not pay a premium at all for the power red/black leather seats.

will post pics !

Congrats, I am happy to hear that you are finally getting the treatment you deserved being a loyal customer. That is the only way they should have done it in the first place, you know, the smart way and by keeping the customer.
