Online Services
I have a Pinnacle Trim vehicle. When I go to the Media app in the MBUX system there should be an "Online Services" tab where I can get spotify, Amazon music, etc. But that tab isn't there. Cusomter service tells me the requirement for it to show up is that "Online Services" must be turned on in the Mercedes Me Connect app. When I go to manage services in the app "Online Services doesn't appear as an option to turn on. In addition I can't figuure out how to turn on the satellite view of the nav map. I don't see where to do it. Customer service again says it's because I need the "Online Services" service turned on in the Mercedes Me Connect app. Anyone have suggestions?

I assume it's supposed to be under Infotainment category. On my Infotainmment 4/4 are activated. Your infotainment section has 7 items. Mine only has 4. I only have Global Search, In-Car WiFi, Smartphone integration package, and Weather forecast.

I have no idea why you don't see what I see. I use Online Music (Tidal) every day. May be you need to sign up for Internet access package first. But if I recall correctly I have seen Online Music tab before that even. I think it's time to ask questions to your dealer. May be it's chip shortage story somehow.

Does your car have the Sound Package (DA6)? I think it might be needed to get online music streaming. Looking at the MSRP for my car, the sound package includes Burmester 3D sound, online music streaming, and sound personalization.

That could indeed be the issue, no Burmeister. But would like to know that's the actual problem. Still doesn't solve the mystery of why I can't manage to figure out how to see a satellite view on my nav map.

Do you mean car navigation or Apple Car/ Android Auto? Not sure if car navigation has satellite view at all.
