If someone knows but in the UK, this adaptive cruise control is priced over £1k for an optional extra
I've heard this retrofit only requires to change the buttons on the steering wheel. All the other relevant hardward already exist and that coders need to add this feature (and the relative steering controls)

You mentioned SA 239 “Adaptive Cruise Control” but the photo you post is SA PFA “Driving Assist Package Plus”, they are two different things. 239 is one feature inside the PFA.
If you mean 239, then it is true just change a button will do after coding. So 239 upgrade/retrofit is relative cheap. But PFA retrofit is extremely expensive: as it involve too many parts, much much much higher than you option it when you order the car.

When I purchased my car, it was spec as AMG Premium plus but without that package. Looking at that screenshot and that list I'm not 100% sure my car does all of them already in a way but I certainly know it can do some of them. To the same ability as described in those works....idk.

Yes, some of these features are available in the car without DAP, like 234: blind spot warning, but this feature in DAP is called Active Blind spot warning, slightly different from your Blind Spot Warning.
and one more thing is "AMG Premium plus" might mean it is highest spec in the showroom. but it does not mean it is full spec, for your case, you cannot get DAP working by changing a steering wheel button, and don't expect that listed price: euro 1695 will give you this DAP working, even you would like to pay euro 16950 (10 times), you might hard to get it done in your car. My suggestion is buy a new car then option for that before you pay deposit, if you are really keen on this DAP. Good luck.

Here is more details on the uk option. I added this to my order on top of the amg premium plus spec. A lot of these are functions which would use the extra cameras behind the windshield so I’m not surprised it’s a lot of additional components involved.

If you need the USB port just for charging: then it is easy, if you want to make it fully original function, then need a bit coding, which is hard/expensive now.
