While the official 0-60 for the C200 seems to be 7.5 seconds from what I can find, at 2800 meters / ~9000 feet, that's not gonna happen. At that altitude, the engine makes only about ~70% of the possible power at low rpms until the turbo spooled up sufficiently, so the problem is these tiny 4-cylinder engines at that altitude have a gigantic turbo lag. I once took an Audi S3 to Mammoth Lakes which is at ~8000 feet / ~2400 meter. The engine was a complete dog at that altitude. It barely got off the ground until finally the turbo boost kicked in and then it slammed everybody in their seat, because the power surge was so severe going from low atmospheric pressure to turbo boost pressure. The car was horrible to drive at those altitudes. I'm normally at sea level, so the contrast was quite jarring.
