Front Shocks

Please can anyone help me with this topic.
My C Class w206 c300 petrol, 2023 model.
Since I've had the car from new the suspension is terrible.
6 months ago I braked at the same time driving over a small pot hole. The front shock just gave way and hit the bump stop. Then a turbo oil leak.
new turbo etc....
I live in germany where the roads are smooth, but on undulating roads the car bounces around.
Under very hard braking on the autobahn and a very slight steering angle change the car will dip very low on the side with the pressure. Scary at 200kph.
It also oscillates on some rough concrete autobahns at high speed.
It's under investigation at Mercedes Berlin (central) but the local garage says its OK to drive.
Any ideas? Its been soft and the shocks collapsing from new.
it's the not the amg suspension, but amg styling with the big brakes.
Its like the seals for the agility control have been incorrectly fitted or are missing. Its standard shocks, not air.

Could be that the shocks were defective from factory, hopefully they authorize replacement which might fix the issue in that case.

Thanks, me too.
Its been going on for 5 months and they don't seem interested.
Mercedes are not taking me seriously.
They drove the car for over 1k km testing the turbo. 3 rebuilds. They said it drove very softly, but gave it back to me to drive.

You're welcome and um sorry to hear that, is the shocks leaking by chance?

I guess try taking it to another MB dealership, I am not sure how it works in Germany but for example North America, each dealership is family owned not corporate so each dealership treats customers differently.

There not leaking.
I have a Mercedes dealer in the village, plus I've spoken to the corporate garage in Hannover. They won't touch it, as the other garage is dealing with it.
it's a company car, and the leasing company will not help. It's crazy.

Have you found out what the problem is? I owned 2 of these cars, one of them was totally smooth and was joyful to ride and the other one was terrible, harsh and shaky at the same time, they have the same specs on paper 485 comfort chasis , so I have no idea what the problem is, have you ever found out ?

Tire pressure also plays a role on high speeds like those, inflate the tires to the high speed value/pressures shown on the fuel cap door.
