New C-Class EV sedan coming

Focusing on extreme comfort, sound dampening and extended space in the rear the car differentiates itself from the new CLA EQ.

The cars will be build in Hungary, will have price parity with ICE models and should have deliveries starting already this summer, and later in the US.
The model will likely start with a C400 4matic EQ, similar to the GLC400 with 483hp. Later followed by a RWD version (C300+ EQ) and more in 2027. Range for the C300+EQ is estimated to be 800km (WLTP)

Same as the GLC, there will be a similar sized frunk, optional air suspension and 4.5 degree RWS. 800V like the GLC, a 94kWh battery that can be charged with up to 330KW DC, adding 186 miles in 10 minutes.
Charging time form 10-80% is 22 minutes. AC charging up to 22KW and there will be a DC-DC converter available for older 400V charging stations.

Expect a similar interior to the GLC, the C-Class which have a default 3 display dashboard with a static passenger screen along with the optional MBUS Superscreen and on the high-end the Hyperscreen shown above.

Similar to the new AMG GT EQ 4 door, the car will come with 3 axial flux motors with around 950HP output

The goal is also to reduce weight and gain driver engagement in an AMG version. Whether one likes it or not, these will feature full sound tracks. If they use the AMG GT charging tech that would be outstanding.

MB said range to be at 800km at the premiere (762km on the website) 330kw charge speed. Big frunk. Couple quick pics from the website but images are sparse right now.

I really do like the new interiors. No more gloss black plastic trim. Even the charging trays have a leather-like surface vs just rubber. Also the nappa leather seat design is interesting; called twisted Diamond...
The car definitely feels upmarket, like the GLC EV.

That said, the interior in the MB is on a different level. The BMW interiors are quite sparse with some controversial material choices and center screen.

I couldn't find the information on the C 300+ at all anywhere do you mind sharing the source to read by any chance?

Here is a list of all models of which only 4 will come to the US...

I had to think twice about the look of these big grills but decided that I like them. So tired of all these soap shaped generic looking SUV's, cross-overs, etc. Back in the day I loved looking into the rearview mirror and from a distance knew that a Mercedes was coming. Whether people like it or not, the grill has always been a Mercedes brand statement, just like the hood star.
It's too much for me in regular chrome but the black chrome from the night package is spot on. Same with the GLC.
