Illuminated Door sills?
Oi guys,
I'm getting ready to make the order, but the illuminated door sills are TBD....has anyone actually gotten a car, MY 12, that have these?
If so can you throw up a shot? It's odd how they're standard on some AMG's, but TBD on others....

Overrated IMHO and I dont have them.... I checked the build site and they still are TBD in regards to price. Not sure why.

they are useless, but when you open the door they are SWA-EAT!!!!
I have them on my 550 and love 'em.......

Too lazy to take pics, have em now, had on 2010 carrera cab, don't have em on my F430 spider, but guess which car makes me go "sweet" when I open the door?

this is crap, every model, except G55 has the option, kind of weird it's undertermined
on CLS........that plus they're build delay has me curious as to whats going on over there.....

My dealer told me that they have been added as a standard option to the cls. Guess I will find out if that is true when I pick up my order this weekend after my 3 month wait.

Definitely the way I am feeling at this point. Ship was supposed to arrive at Baltimore VPC today but it did not. Hoping it comes tomorrow with enough time for my car to clear the port and be transported up to Philly for a Sat. pick up at the latest.

can't wait to see some pix....what inside colors did you go with?
I've decided to PASS on the D-zeen-yo, as they have NO samples of colors or leather or anything! I spent ten minutes lecturing the guy on how MB should really try to do better with the sample suitcase, (like at a JAGUAR dealer)....but it was in one ear and..............
I was looking at colors for a half an hour trying to decide on one......probably go with 'ole trusty' again: Iridium.
Dealer told me if I had gotten the light blue color I was considering, that my trade in allowance would have been 10K LESS!!!
possibly so.....but wow, it's a nice color

Still no car at the dealer...it is in the hands of the Teamsters car carrier driver right now. Hopefully tomorrow. Honestly, I could have driven a flatbed down to Baltimore VPC and been back to Philly 10 times by now. Dealer says there is no rhime or reason as to what order the cars are dropped of in ... and no ability to know schedule.
