On another note - Nitto Invos have HUGE sidewalls (these even rub they're so tall). So that's why they look a little off-kilter. I think with a shorter sidewall (Invo or otherwise), they'll look even better.

Whats the profile set up on the pics? 35 front and 30 rear?

1. If you avoid the potholes you can see, your wheels (even with 25-series sidewalls) should be ok (in my experience)
2. I would / have / will again sacrifice ride quality to ensure my tires won't rub
3. Unless you have a fitment guarantee in writing, or your tire people love you, make clearance (no rubbing) your top priority
So, I'd say go 25/30. And smaller tires never looked worse (generally)

I run 20x9 and 20x10 255x30 and 295x25 tires on my E63.
On the CLS, which you run a wider wheel and tire, I run 255x30 and 305x25 on 20's.
But with the smaller sidewall, as mentioned, you run a greater chance of wheel bending depending on your roads.
in this picture....the tires (like Vic pointed out) are big and clunky
looking.....making it look weird to me anyway....
picture is still stunning, but this angle is weird for the wheel/tire setup
