Kw
The kw are a bit firmer but it all depends on low you go. They are sleeves and just replace the front springs. The rear is not changed except for height. It does get a bit firmer the lower you go.
I went with the kw st up and advance performance adj rear link on my e63. I do not have p30

Id actually say yes and no.... The PP is very stiff and at times it can be too rough for some even on the streets and no so great roads. I find that the KW actually becomes a bit more compliant with bad roads and minor undulations yet is very taut at higher speeds and in turns (where its needed).
Either way I would get the KW. The sleeve unit assists better in hard turn ins and keeps the roll out.
