I am trying to test the waters and see if there are people interested in these. I just got them about a week ago, and have been driven on for less than 300 miles (drove from San Diego to LA to get them)....not really sure I am feeling the finish next to my car, and since I have 2 more sets of HREs on the way (not including the Satin Black ones I already have), I wanted to see if there are people interested. If not, I will just get them refinished in a color I like better. But in the meantime:

I checked with HRE and these will fit the W218 CLS550 or CLS63

20 x 9 et25
20 x 11 et35

Tires are Hankook Ventus and have less than 300 miles on them - 255-30-20 and 305-25-20

Wheels and tires (TPMS and Lugs not included): $6000

Wheels only (TPMS and Lugs not included): $5500

Pickup will be in Los Angeles

Vdub you know they wont fit, way too aggressive...... your best bet on wheels is 20x8.5 et 29 and 20x10 et 39

If I loved the finish, I'd be keeping them...but they just didnt end up my cup of tea. And not sure what other finish I would do these wheels in....

oh sheesh, that color would not gel with Iridium silver......which is what I have....

and might I recommend the tint brush finish should you decide to go that route
and hold onto the wheels for yourself...I was kind of surprised how much I liked that finish on mine

I think you should just refinish it in gloss/satin charcoal or brushed tinted

Yeah I'm thinking of doing the satin charcoal which I loved on my C63. That's why I'm just putting this out there in case someone wanted these "as is".

you already have a dark set, why not refinish in tinted brush---- I did them on my white M5 and the look was outstanding.

I agree but my hesitation is whether the brush tinted will look good with my black badging. Obviously the badging goes with the Carbon Fiber accents but is the tinted brush too tame for the badges as is (since I am not going to keep swapping my AMG badges around everytime I put new wheels on the car).

I ran black badging, black grilles, black side gills, black roof, and black spoiler on the M5...

black wheels look cheap in person and don't come out very nicely in pictures. i'm with the others, brushed with tint clear or anthracite

Awesome car! Perfect match on the wheels. I like the brushed tinted in the shade and how the light works with the finish. But in the direct sun, I wish it had more tint. I wish I could have 2 sets too! Post pics when you get them back!
