My New 14' CLS63-S
Performance:
So far, the weather has been less than stellar here in S. FL, but I've been able to open her up a little and I'm blown away by the linear power delivery. My CBS seems to dump power like a drunken hooligan in a bar fight. The CLS is more akin to a highly skilled prize fighter. Both awesome, but very different characteristics.
I do plan on tuning her and possibly adding down pipes, but am waiting until the tunes have been perfected on the 4-matics. Vis-a-vis torque limitations. Also, CF goodies will be a must.
Aslo, I have an extra set of black CBS wheels laying around and was thinking of throwing them on the CLS to see how they would look, do you guys think the fitment would be okay?
Dealer Footnote: my salesman (Tod Foster) is new to this dealership, Merc of Coconut Creek (30 yrs in NY) and is very motivated to make some sales, so if interested, give him a ring. He was very funny, candid and straight forward, which is refreshing. Now here is the one crappy Iphone pic I have.

As for the BS wheels on the car; They might look ok but they wont fit right as the rear offset is way too high and the wheel is only a 9.5 and you would want an 11 to fill in the gaps.
I promised her I would go 6 months before any mods, not...strong...enough
Sounds like you got a great deal. I was able to negotiate about 6% off MSRP but that was on a pretty loaded vehicle with a ~ $122k sticker.

I still love your CBS but I am not sure I could handle the fact that my wife would drive a car that puts to shame the car I am driving in a straight line especially after you tune it
