Rough shifting up/down 3-4, CLS63S 4MATIC MCT SPEEDSHIFT -16
Hello,
I just bought my second AMG and as stated its sometimes, not always, is shifting rough between gear 3-4 both up and down.
It drives perfekt in C, but in S/S+/M it shifts rough when shifting at 3k rpm, it feels in the chassi. Below or over 3k rpm in all gears its never rough.
5/8 solenoids was dirty on top mesh, all cleaned and checked with multimeter. 4 of them had 5.0ohm, 1 had 4.9ohm and 3 had 4.8ohm. is that okay?
Transmission oil changed, litle glittery, the magnet in the pan had smal shavings but nothing big. Never changed since new.
Rear diff oil changed, very glittery but (feels/sounds) good. Never changed since new.
Front diff oil changed, it was empty?? Got 80ml out maybe, filled it 600ml. Never changed since new.
Went out on the grass to see if the 4matic is working, and only the rear wheels was spinning?
Took it up on the lift and all 4 wheels started spinning, but after 2 second the front wheels stoped spinning.
Tried adapting the upshifts and downshifts, all shifts feels smoother but still rough att 3k rpm btw gear 3-4.
To be clear there is only rough shifting at half throttle, not on deacceleration or at full throttle.
Anyone with a solution to my problem or tips on what more i can check to ascertain the the fault for rough shifting?

How is your throttle control under 2000.Rpm: is it crisp and direct or mushy or laggy or spongy ?
If so... tranny is confused by the engine. It's unable to perform consistent shifts at learned Rpm.
Nothing conventional you can do will fix that factory setup:
Not fresh ATF
Not adaptations
Not firmware update
To gain perfectly seemless gear shifts you need a chaos free setup. This allows ECU--TCU to colaborate for matched timings.
