MBDoctor.com - Complete ****
I spoke to the guy at MBdoctor.com, and he treated me like **** over the phone. Put me on hold 5 times, and acted totally unprofessional.
If you plan on dealing with him, don't.

I would have guess that someone would respond to this I'm not saying nothing wrong about dinko felow member but if I was mbdoctor I would try to be a little bit better in responding, I called & he help me out with no problems

I spoke to someone some time ago and I did get that they are quite rude. I guess that since he offer a service that only a couple of other people offer, he belives he can act this way.

TIPICAZO raises all the red flags of a faker:
* TIPICAZO appeared out of nowhere to defend MBDoctor
* TIPICAZO's first post was defensive
* TIPICAZO's second post shows a car name in the "signature" area, but seems like it's part of the post
* TIPICAZO does not speak English well. (Nothing against non-native speakers, but many fakers type without thinking, so they don't care about spelling/grammar)
* TIPICAZO disappeared after getting called out

It amazes me that these dumb *** vendors are willing to through business away by treating people badly.
We bust our *** all day to get new customers and then bust our *** to keep them. Nobody knocks on our door to hand us business and here's a business that people are calling to get service and getting ****ty service. Some people just don't know how good they have it.

Not that I’m much better in the number of posts but I figured what the hell. I contacted MBDoctor by email for a phone installation kit and they responded with simply “Yes I have the phone kit w/ bluetooth for $900” but didn’t include what the kit contained and their site didn’t show a kit. I responded with more information on my car and asked for more information and I also included my phone number to call if they needed more info. Their response was to call them. I would have expected a call or a better email response so I figured they just didn’t need the business.

I havent bought anything from them but i'm deleting their link at this time.. If they can't even tell you info about their products and if it fits your ride i dont want to have nothing to do with them!

umm... I called him today and he gave me a really sweet deal - but again the same unprofessional way of handling a customer....
I am having second thoughts of driving down to NY from DC to get the job done....
