AMG TOP SPEED -- who knows about this?

AMG TOP SPEED -- who knows about this?
First, I want to tell you all that I admire your beautiful cars. If I weren't soooo in love with my Baby, I would probably get one of these beauties you all drive.
Anyways, my question. I did a search on this forum and could not find this topic covered.
I was clicking around the MBUSA website and I noticed that there is an option on the CLS63 that essentially removes the governor and allows a top speed of 186! It's about $9000.
I had never heard of this and could not find it available on any other AMG model.
So anybody know what's up? Is MBZ experimenting with violating the so-called unwritten agreement to not exceed a top speed of 155?
Will it be available on any other models?

It is available on other models. It's called the 030 package 
It's a lot more than just a speed destrictor.
New component brakes, some models get an LSD, new front bumper with increased air flow to the brakes, and a slew of other small yet beautiful details.

Yeah, my cls63 w/ 030 comes with bigger compound brakes, LSD, Alcantra Steering wheel and governer at 186, which is not the true top speed. 186 just equates to 300 km/hr instead of 155 which is 250 km. Allegedly you can get to 190 with no limiter, but not sure of details. Some of the 030 models also come with sportier suspensions. CLS might be one, but honestly I am not sure. Car rides pretty smooth, less smooth now that I have the Renntech ELM but sometimes you have to sacrifice a little to look cool.

I haven't tried out this remap on my c32, but I do have the same 155 top speed limiter also

2007 cls 63 030
Yeah, I got my cls 63 030 in November of 06. It was an available option at the launch. I believe it is the E and the S that are delayed. The SLK SL and CLS were all the originals offered with the 030, the rest are new additions.
