Damn, I just bought an Audi A8L for my 17 yr old daughter and the first thing she says is " What ECU TUNE can we get" Damn you Juicee it's addicting ,now my kid is hooked. She will get her licence on
December 19th , so beward Cali. By the way that is one bad car.

Safty was my first choice. The Audi A8L is like a tank. I feel real safe with my daughter driving that car. Oh and I can always play on the twisties with it It may out handle my Cls 63 will soon find out

Congrats!!

I personally think it's a great car for a beginning driver because it's huge and safe! You and my parents think alike... I was driving an E500 at that age.

I think the new ones are W12 making over 450 hp

With an ECU tune, she should be able to beat you easily

Interesting thread. I have a White Vega with a black strip down the center that I learn to drive a stick in. I am also considering an A8L vs. the S-class. Drove one recently and my wife had an issue with all the "gadgets and knobs" used to control everything. The Audi dealer was not willing to negotiate otherwise we might have left with one and turned in the TL. Oh well.

All the knobs is what I like about it. Once you mess with it for a while it's easy. These cars are First class. All wheel drive in a car this size the movie "THE TRANSPORTER" really makes this car shine. Gotta love those Vegas
