Sorry guys, I know these pictures aren't the usual 360 Forged quality, i wasn't on camera patrol - but I wanted to share anyways. We had a good time, my best run was 12.89 @ 109 - keep in mind that's lowered with 20's and a bunch of Sh%t in the trunk...I don't know how the juice man and rarfinancial do it??!!?!
No 10's that night, but some pretty impressive 11 second runs by a Supra, M5 on NOS, 997 Turbo, and a Z06. The silver car is Heath's (lifeisgud)? lot's of power, but noooo traction - I think he was running 12.20's spinning down the track. Black CLS55 is mafiosocls55.
We're doing it again in a month or so, I'll let everyone know so we can get some more benzos out there!

Dude rolling on 20"s, stuf up in yer trunk!! Thats a very good time ...You likely diong 12.6-7@111 with 19" and less weight. No worries it is just super fun and your rides have both show and go.. Mine is just go. Looks like Lifeisgud has the fastest CLS 55 in the USA? Did you run Xavier?

No CLS is just go! You could put 15" toyota corolla wheels on it and still look good. Yeah, Heath's CLS is really fast - he should be running high 11's with slicks I'm pretty sure.
We only had 1 lane open so no runs against each other but Xavier ran a 12.80 on his first pass - not bad - and with 20's on it. When we go next month I'll put some slicks on some 18" CLS500 wheels and take out all the crap in the trunk - but I'll leave the baby seat in just for fun!
I'll bring out the Porsche too, there was one out there with similar mods as mine running 11.20's I think - without dumping the clutch out the hole.

Yo try and make it on Saturday! I went for a ride in it today as Abid was tuning the ECU - night and day difference from stock!

I just ordered 315 18" BFG Drag radials today(actually its my V=day gift) for the CLS on SL55 18" stock multispoke rims.
Ive got K & Ns and ASP pulley Local Track opens March 1..
I can't wait to try out the Drag radials. I never got better than 2.0 60ft times on the 19"s.
My best time stock was 12.5 at 112mph.
BTW, got a link to the ASR tuning company?

whatever, the car looks sick even if it runs 16's...12's flat sounds a little tough, but I'm sure it's capable of mid to high 12's. I've driven several and they don't feel like low 12 second cars, that's almost 11's. And 12 seconds flat is stock Porsche Turbo territory.

The GT3 is only a few tents off the turbo in the 1/4. Granted its not meant for that though which is why i will never been caught on the drag strip in this car. If you ever do anything else, road course, autocross, i am down to go. I am not sure if you are a PCA member, but there is an autocross coming up on the 24th of this month and a track event on March 1st.
