nice collection of cars in your garage !!!
but I think the car is price pretty fair. relatively low miles, and in good condition. however i think 10% of that would be where i would settle at. start at $45k and up to $48K area would be a very good deal...

45K MAX. For 55-57 you can get an 07 CLS 63 for that money. How do you like the Murci? I'm about to purchase a 06 Gallardo.
I have been doing lot's of research on the CLS55 and 63's lately. The wife wants one

The car is priced about 12K over black book. Meaning they have about 40,000 in it possibly less. You decided how much profit you want to give the dealer for selling you a used car.
Cheers,

I went to mb of san francisco today and offered 45K for a black 06 cls55 pretty much the same as the white one you are looking at. They are asking $51,888 The front fender was bent and the front bumber was cracked and all rims had bad curb rash. The salesman told me that this is normal for a CPO mercedes and I will not find a nicer one than this one. I laughed said alright guy and walked out. They would not even deal. The douche bag did not even give me a counter offer.

CLS55
I seen that car at Rallye its clean and perfect not a blemish on that car. Still smells new my girlfriends ML got towed there and they would not give her a loaner car because she wasn't 25 but I think its because we didn't buy our cars there never the less i went there to pick her up and walked around and I seen that car and it was nice however Ray Catena had identical car with 17k on the clock and my guy there Mr. Giordano said they can do 46 on that car and it was CPO just FYI.
