Evosport | New Lightweight 2-Piece Front & Rear Rotors for CLS63 AMG

UP TO 40-LBS WEIGHT SAVINGS!

Designed as a direct brake rotor replacement for the OE 1-piece or 2-piece (not 390mm 030 PP) brake rotors (front and rear). No modifications are necessary. The Evosport rotors will bolt directly to the car and work with OE AMG brake calipers. Not only will the upgraded multi-piece "floating" rotor design help mitigate brake fade, but are lighter than stock and reduce unsprung weight by up to 40-lbs. on all four corners! Note: 26-lbs weight savings on vehicles equipped with 2-piece OE front rotors. This means better acceleration, braking and cornering. In addition, you get to maintain the AMG calipers without going to a more expensive solution that requires replacing them.

Drilled and slotted to match the OE rotors, hats are lightweight aluminum and hard anodized. And unlike the stock rotors that only vent correct on one side (or have universal venting), the Evosport rotors have a Right and Left application for proper venting of the disc and chaneling of airflow.

Note: Coming soon for CLS63 with 030 Performance Package and 390mm front rotors.

Benefits:
  • Direct bolt-on design requires no modification
  • Works with OE AMG calipers
  • Lightweight design (up to 40-lbs unsprung weight savings over stock! 26-lbs weight savings on vehicles equipped with 2-piece OE front rotors.)
  • Aluminum hat, hard anodized (Black)
  • Better value and cost of ownership over OE! The OE 2-piece 360mm rotor sells for $990 EACH!
  • Unique Left/Right application for proper venting/airflow (unlike OE)
  • Replaceable discs and hardware
  • Better heat dissipation and less brake fade
  • Improved acceleration, braking and cornering with less unsprung weight!

Includes Front and Rear rotors with black anodized hats (Front or Rear pairs can also be purchased separately). For more information or to order, CLICK HERE.

Please feel free to call or email us with any questions.

Anthracite anodized hats shown below. Actual rotors have black anodize:

How are these lighter than the stock 2 piece front rotors? Lighter materials? Great work by the way!

The Evosport rotor uses much better quality casting on the disc and the hat design is far lighter than OE. Combined savings of 6-lbs per front rotor over the OE 2-piece. And A LOT less expensive!

I'm confused by your less expensive statement. The OEM totors are $990 each and the evo sport are $1999 for a pair? i'm missing the cost savings on this. what am i missing?

Never mind, i got it. It's $1999 for Front and Rear... now that i can read....

Sweet! will definitely get a set of these when my rotors are ready to be changed!

The 380mm SL55 030 and CLS55 030 rotors will be next. Then the mighty 390mm SL63 030, CLS63 030 and SL65 rotors following that.

That is pretty insane. We're working on it! They should really disclose this information for parts replacement costs when you buy the car.

We will not offer Evosport repalcement rotors for a Brembo kit. You would need to purchase replacement Brembo discs or complete rotors from Brembo, or you can also purchase them from us as we are an authorized Brembo Distributor.

Do a search- there are a lot of threads and customers running these rotors. Squeal is not a function of the rotors, but the pads.

possible??

does anyone know if it is possible to "downgrade" to the non-P030 brakes and rotors? Seems that might save me about $2500.00 and I am not tracking the car now anyway??

Yes, you can downgrade but you will need to replace the caliper mounting hardware to accomodate the different size rotor. You should be able to get this from your local dealer.

None fast enough!
It is usually very quick. However we have had back orders for the last couple months unfortunately. All of those are about ready, so we will be caught up.

Best bet is to ace an order early just to be sure.

Thanks
Brad
