MBH CLS63/E63 long tube header pics

Without further delay, here are the pictures of the CLS63/E63 long tube headers. These headers are a Tri-Y and have a true firing order pattern. We use 321 US stainless steel on the flanges, and 304 US stainless steel on the primaries, collectors, and runners.

Please bare with me, I know the last collector is only tacked on. Due to to time, I took them before the last weld.

We have seen upwards of 50+ WHP over stock with the header test pipe combo on our other 63 headers... That are based on the same design.

Whats nice is we will have test results on these headers over other long tube headers, That might be a first for Mercedes AMG's. As soon as I get results from the dyno I will post them up.

Until them I hope you enjoy the pics. Pics are shown in a scotch brite matte finish. Or you can get them in the non matte finish. As seen in the last pic.

This is the other finish we offer the headers in. So... Matte and scotch brite. As seen in the pic above teh last collector is in the standard finish and the rest of the header is in the matte finish. I liek the standard scotch brite the best.

Looks good but why do they taper down between the collector and mounting flange only to open up again?

Thats because this header was made to fit a pre-existing custom exhaust.

$3,800 something like that. No more than the C63 headers. Even though this headers is a total new creation, that is based of the C63 style. Happy to still be the most affordable long tune header for the 63's

Is this a direct bolt on? Any modifications to install… cutting welding?
What about emissions test? Street legal?

50+ WHP over stock with the header test pipe combo on our other 63 headers”...
Are these gains for the CLS 63 or E 63?

WOW .. 4-2-1 is my beloved style

Ok for the driver side bank, but for the Pass' don't get why the 1and2 and 3&4aren't merged together for matching firing order max delay

The firing order of that band is 1-4-2-3.

yes, now I remember that your design exploits the "gatling gun" effect ..
