Tire wear on the inner part of the tread
They say it's all to do with the speed of the assembly line and just not enough time to do camber and caster adjustments, so the new car industry just supply cars with only toe adjustment!
So once you fit wide low profile tires or alter the factory ride height, there will always be premature wear on the inner edge of the tires.
The K-Mac kits, in my experience, really do address these issues because they provide camber and caster adjustment for the front and camber and toe adjustment at the rear. This applies to every Mercedes model for the past forty years!
There is also the advantage of increased bush life. Maybe it's best if you go to their website - www.k-mac.com - and click on search by make, then Mercedes and then click on the 'checklist' on the right side of that page.
And when you fit them, make sure you get a good wheel aligner and make them aware that you have the extra adjustment available, this way you'll get the most out of them.
fwiw, we had tremendous wear on the inside of our PS2 with normal ride height and a couple of alignments during the life of the tires. We do always run in Sport 2, though.

But as I mentioned, you can significantly increase tire life with the K-Mac kits, you can align your suspension so that even in the Sport II setting you have optimum tread contact and therefore more even wear.
