Looking for a new steering wheel.. options, opinions?

My steering wheel is pretty worn down and I think I have decided that instead of replacing it with another 4 spoke wheel I am going to update it with the new 3 spoke design and fit my paddles into the new wheel.

Only problem is that I cannot seem to find the wheel in the color I need. My interior is Cashmere beige and every wheel I come across is black. I have reached out to AgeStyling and they have been looking for me but to no success. Anywhere else I should try?

My other option would just be to use a black wheel. My only concern is that it may look off. Do you guys think putting a black wheel into the car and changing the immediate tan colored cowling behind the wheel would look silly?

Here's an image of the exact wheel I am looking for.

Here's a picture where you can see the tan paneling/cowling behind the wheel.. I would change that as well so it would all be black until it actually went into the dash.

Check with dct about a new wheel and either eBay or just go to a body shop to paint your reflectors

You have the black and cashmere dash so going with an all black wheel would look fine.

Thanks for both of your posts. Does anyone know exactly which wheels can be swapped on w/o complications. I know the paddle shifters will need to be retrofitted but is there anything else I need to be aware of. I have been looking for an 09/10 production date wheel.

as far as the black and cashmere goes, no one can say, it is subjective. just ask yourself if you are ok with that look and if you are go for it! im sure it will look fine.

if u go with the new style wheel, your buttons will no longer work. unless you're happy with no longer having access to your cluster settings.....

New style CLS wheel and airbag setup SL/CLS/SLK is a plug and play, you have to transfer or retrofit the paddle mechanisms from the old wheel though.

Just ended up buying a new wheel and some '07 paddles to fit onto it.
