Aftermarket warranties?
Looks like I am not having much luck selling my 02 C32. The biggest reason I wanted to sell was the unreliability of the car and my warranty runs out at the end of the year. Who offers extended warranties for our cars and what do they run?

how much miles do you have?
there are some aftermarket warranties out there and I bought one from my local mercedes benz dealer here in California. another 3 years or 100000 miles for $3000. I have 46000 miles on my car and plus I dont ride my car hard like some people. so the car sould last me for a while.

Expat where did you get your car?
where did you get your car in the bay area and how much did you pay Out the door. I got mine in Sacramento 3 weeks ago for $33000 out the door, I have Nav and Xenon and the sun shade, the car is a 2002 and had 45000 miles on it. car was clean.

The car came with 2 years warranty
and I just paid ~USD3900 for a two-year of MB authorised dealer service package.
If I had wanted a 3rd year of warranty, that would be USD7600 for an addtional year of warranty with a three-year service package instead of two-year. But I did not pay this, so I hope my car is fine if I ever keep it for a third year. I drive relatively mild as we don't have much roads here :p
