What are your best times at the drag strip?

Time would have been better if it would have been better tires. If i had slicks...this time i only have Pirelli P Zero 245/40-17. At the beginning i cant push full throttle, so 60ft time is not the best possible. Little tuning, no headwind and slicks, i maybe can push 11.xx

to be honest being a little on the lean side will net better times/traps. Extra fuel is safer but quenches spark a bit more. Personally I'd rather leave a little on the table in the interest of safety.

If you get in the 11's that would be amazing. You still full weight, I forgot did you ever weigh your car? My CLK55 comes in at 3700lbs without me in it, full tank. I can't believe that your best ET MPH is 10mph higher than mine.
I'd rather be running 13.9's @ 115. Than 12.9s at the trap I did. lol

Wow, I didn't realize those were so fast. Sounds like you're already driving a 11 second car with that high of a trap speed. I think what's keeping you out of the 11 second club is your 60 foot. If you can get it down to a 1.75, I think you'll be in the 11's.
1.82 - 1.75 = .07
.07 x 2 = .14
12.105 - .14 = 11.96
Best ET: 12.105 @ 115.56 with a 1.824 60'
Best trap speed of the day 115.75

wow, major weight reduction!!! Have you ever weighted your C32? Ive always ran my C32 at the track with 1/2 tank of gas or more and with spare tire and a trunk full of college books...lol!!! I jsut never taken weight into such a high account until now when I added up the weight of all the stuff I have in the car. My C32 is fully optioned out...sunroof, rear sunscreen, etc... minus the Navi.

12.589 @111.00 in August
Forgot I had this one. A tad faster E.T., a tad slower MPH, but there was a 40 degree F + heat difference from the previous post from March. Maybe I will have to make some passes at the Nov. 22 MIR track rental. Probably see 12.3x @ 113.xx
Still full exhaust, no tune.
Additional mods:
Underdrive pulleys
Lightweight Crank pulley
Shorty headers

C55 goes 12.18 @ 112.88 w/ 1.73 60FT No tune, still has all 4 Cats
My only additional mod this time was a one-off intake I recently made. I know this setup has more potential for a higher MPH if I run in manual mode and make the 3 to 4 shift earlier. Right now the engine is running out of power in the top RPMs and the trans is shifting right before the trap. Still no tune and have stock exhaust piping with all 4 cats in place from the shorty headers back.
A big thank you, thank you, thank you to Dustin aka Dre5373 for shooting the video. The system at MIR went down and they had no way to print out the info. If it wasn't for Dustin I would have never known I had ran such a great time.....

Thanks guys. I feel like a kid on xmas morning, especially since I was only hoping to crack 12.3x., and as most of us know our desires typically fall short of our timeslips!

You are very welcome Ed, awesome job! You neglected to note that you cut a 1.7x 60' on STREET TIRES...that takes skill buddy! Looking forward to two 11-second all motor C55s prowling the DMV by next spring!
