What mileage when C55 was delivered
Hello All
I have just ordered a C55, it will be delivered to the dealer from MB storage and sit there for a couple of weeks until I return home. I want to make sure no one drives the car, therefore what was the mileage on your car when you picked it up, again not a car that is sitting on the lot but one that was ordered. I have found when you take a C55 for a test drive, the sales person tells you to drive it hard so you can find out how it really handles, I do not want my new car to be driven by some "twit" and then I get it with 100 miles on it.

I think that you should expect under 30, some dealers have off-site storage buildings but they are usually within 2 or 3 miles from the dealership, a few trips on-off the delivery trailer and in-out of the dealership should not add up to much.

I bought it off the lot...
they gave me an 800 discount off msrp...and offered to install factory illuminated door sills for me. And then gave me 2000 more on my trade in (2003 E320)

I dont have a C55 but, when I bought my car, it was actually already there. Some person ordered the same exact car with the 2 options I wanted, same interior and exterior car, so I jumped on it.
Its Silver/Charcoal
Lighting package
Glass Sunroof.
Anyway, before I knew of the car, I test drove another CLK500 with a different color. The dealer told me to step on it as hard as I could, I didnt really do it, but I could already feel the power hehe. The dealer took the car and really stepped on it tho. When I saw the silver/charcoal car I asked if I could drive that one for a bit, and he declined saying it was ordered car.
So Im pretty sure your ordered car would have no one to drive it before you do!
