Love the wide lip, otherwise it's too busy. It's a sporty car and needs an aggressive and light wheel. Good luck!

I don't think anything is better than the OEM wheels.

Are you talking strictly based on looks, or do you mean quality, weight, etc. too? Don't get me wrong, I love they way the C55 wheels look (I bought them!), but if money was not an object my benz would be sporting HRE's for sure.

Christian - I'm sorry, I posted the wrong email. It is JHJUNK@AXIMGROUP.COM not jkjunk. Sorry about that. Please resend.

I feel the same way too, but I wish that they made the wheels available in bigger sizes sometimes.

Here is a pic of actual Asanti AF-128 wheel ... do you guys still feel the same way? I know the photoshop image looked bling bling... but I think with a silver center and polished lip, these would look good? What do you think?

Still doesn't do it for me. If they are at least lighter than OEM, then at least there's a reason. Otherwise I will pass.

RICE???? If they are anything, they are GHETTO (dub style, bling bling, whatever), but they to say there are RICE just doesn't make sense.

Like I said, looks and taste are subjective, Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. They look rice to me. Personally I find all chrome plated rims are rice.

Anyone is free to disagree with me. I'm just stating my opinion.

Honestly... I'm talking about the OEM wheels as an all around package. AMG designed these wheels specifically for this car. I'm sure you could find some lighter wheels somewhere else, but then you will suffer from poor durability. The OEM wheels perform very well while holding up TOP notch looks. Stick with the OEMs my friend.

Here are a couple different photoshoped images with the HRE 441r's... it didn't really come out that "real" but, I guess it give you an idea of what it would look like with them. I ordered these, but it's hard to conceptualize what it really going to look like with them. What do you guys think? Are they the right wheels for the C55? I ordered them with a brushed aluminum face and a polished lip.
