'02 C32
Looking to buy a C32, how much for this one?
It's a 2002 C32 AMG, Silver with black leather, just under 11,000 miles, excellent condition, private seller. Just test drove it and it seems fine. 
How much do you think? Seller is asking $40,000 OBO.
Features: A/C: Rear, Cruise Control, Power Locks, Power Steering, Remote Keyless Entry, Bucket Seats, Leather Interior, Memory Seats, Power Seats, Airbag: Driver, Airbag: Passenger, Airbag: Side, A/C: Front, Alarm, Anti-Lock Brakes, Fog Lights, Cassette Radio, CD Changer, Premium Sound, Power Windows, Rear Window Defroster, Tinted Glass, Sunroof/Moonroof
Remaining warranty until November 2006, Heated Seats, 6 disc CD changer in glove compartment, rim warrenty, invisible bra, paint warrenty, and remaining scheduled service

Price seems a little high for considering the 2006's will be here soon. However, it is very low milage for that year.

if the factory warranty expire November 2006 wouldn't that make the car a 2003 not a 2002?? unless it's a late 2002 and the buyer bought it in November.

Warranty starts when the car is first titled. That can be the person buying it or as has been shown on here if the dealer title's it in order to sell at more or less than MSRP. Ref the point all those C230 coupes that carry the huge MBUSA supported discount. A lot of dealers titled them as service loaners supposedly in order to receive the kickback.
