Question Is the C55 built in South Africa?
I heard the C55 is built in South Africa, is this true or is it built in Germany?

US bound C55s are not built in south africa. They are built in Sindelfigen (sp?)

I thought more specifically it's built in Brazil. Cuz the current C class are built there.

first of all - thank you for choosing our C55T AMG. About your request visiting AMG - all our models are produced at the Mercedes-Benz factories, which means in this case the plant in Bremen! There is no production line at our premises since 2001. If you like to take delivery of your car in Germany, your MB dealer can organize a factory delivery in Bremen incl. a visit of the plant for you.
