machining wheels(LM6)

I'm getting Lorinzer LM6 for my c55 (19x8.5 245/35/19, 19x9.5 265/30/19)

And the guy in CA will be painting them black, and machining them.

Is there any problem when wheels are machined to fit my car?

Just make sure they are masters at what they do. I don't think that your 245 tires will fit unless some pretty amazing amounts of material are taken out. The strict limit for fronts is 235 and 265 for rears. I would check this out.

Also, to take that much material off of a wheel you are probably either not going to clear the front calipers, or not ventilate the calipers enough to prevent wear and tear and fade.

Glad you aren't going with the 245 tires. That should make the process more reasonable. Just make sure they true the machining with the road surface. You don't want an uneven amount of material taken out because your wheel will noticeably wobble and vibrate from being off balance and out of round rotation.

i just took these pictures real quick with bad lighting... it should give you an idea of how they will look... they are from neal (blackc230coupe) they're replicas but i live in NY so... and they are actually of great material. nice paint job by someone neal recomends. sizes are 235/35/19 (8.5") x 265/30/19 (9.5"). stock brakes, suspension, etc... and i have no fubbing issues with 5 adults. but i havent hit any real bumps (potholes) going fast
so i dont know if it will then...
