also heard that the rules committee is considering going back to fully manual transmissions. that could be interesting.

In some ways I think it was Michelins fault. However, I think the fault for this massive fiasco really falls on FIA management. Read these links:

Whatever happened, the PS2 is still a ****in' kick *** tire. The S03 comes no where in popularity and everyone runs PS2's or PS Cups.
All in all though, I think we can blame this on Micheal Shumacher for forcing FIA to change the rules not allowing tire changes whenever the teams wanted

man u had me going.
just came back from outside ottawa where a few power hungry friends and myself were scorching pavement for 3 days. i/we pegged it every day for the period with numerous runs to 140. roads were mostly clear and decently smooth.......that's the reason had a lump in throat as i opened this thread.
the ps2 were great but ricky, i still would have preferred the s03s if they were made in sizes i needed for the 19s.
