Good bye
To deal with quality frustrations of W203, I am taking a slightly different approach...I am dropping my check to the local dealer to reserve a 2006 Feb GTI (my wife will be using it) . So by Feb., I will run my C55 and GTI in pair and will be more easy to decide whether I can still have fun of some speeds with the GTI and sell the C55 when it becomes 18 months old. :p

our 2000 Beetle 1.8T has given us nothing but trouble. 1. spoiler speed sensor no longer works when hitting 90mph. You have to press that stupid button they put under the dash to raise it manually. 2. who knows how long the airbag warning has been on. don't feel like fixing it because it's out of warranty. 3. battery dies after 4 days if the car is not driven. This has been checked by dealer when the car had warranty and they never did fix it. 4. broken armrest latch 5. broken fuel door latch. 6. headlight dims when I touch some window switches. 7. broken window switch.
