Is anyone else waiting on Evosport to ship them filters??

I first placed an order for greenfilters with Euroteck for my C32 about a month ago. They told me when I ordered that they were currently out of stock but should have them in about 10 biz days. Well that came and went, THEY contacted me to let me know that there was a shipping delay and that it would proabably be a few more weeks and offered to return my money. I had them return my money and I then called up Evosport to order the filters. I think I called on a Weds or Thursday 2 weeks ago. I was told that the filters were on the way and would be in the begining of LAST week. Well I didnt hear from then by Weds so I called back and they said they hadnt recieved them yet. SO I waited until a week ago friday, called and got the same response, that they still arent in. OK by now I am starting to get a little upset, but I can wait another week... SO i called on Tuesday of this week, same story still no filters, SO I waited and called today... guess what... STILL NO FILTERS!! OK now I am mad since they could have been upfront with me and said that it might take a few weeks!! I can understand shipping delays that are out of evosports control, but to keep me thinking that are are coming in anyday is just bad business!! They kept on saying that they hadnt recevied any shipments that day, which had me thinking that the filters could be there any day. Well then I FINALLY got an answer today that the filters MIGHT be there next weeks Weds (I think they actually called to see what was going on, WHY DIDNT THEY DO THIS ANY SOONER GETS ME)!! Is this normal for them?? Is anyone else in the same boat I am? Are there any other places that have the C32 filters IN STOCK currently that anyone knows of???

I am very sorry for your situation as I told you over the phone. The problem (which is not yours, but ours) is that we were told in fact day "they shipped." As I mentoined on the phone, it now seems that the shipment was lost by UPS acording to our distributor who had them drop shipped from Green (you can see there are a lot of hands in this pot).

I really wish we could do more. When I spoke to you today I did say "Please let me know if there is anything we can do, I wish we could get them here sooner, but Wednesday seems to be the soonest." You left the conversation from my perspective without unresolved issues, but that seems not to be the case.

Due to the problems, I am really hopeful that that is accurate, as I would hate to push you off more.

Once again sorry for your delay. And again, if there is something else we can do I would be happy to oblige.

Thanks,
brad

my question still remains as to why you waited until today to find out why you didnt have the filters. You knew I was waiting for them, and everytime I called you said that you hadnt received that days shippments, well after a week of waiting for them to come in, why didnt you think to yourself "hum, its been over a week maybe I should call to see where they are"??? I felt stupid having to call, but I was starting to feel that no one there cared about whether I go the filters or not...

I know you offered to "let me know if there is anything we can do" but what are YOU offering to do? Will you kick off a few bucks for me, throw in a free cleaning kit?? I just wish you would have let me know SOONER that there was a shipping delay, thats all.....

I am sorry that I was not clear. We had been calling EACH day after the shipment did not arrive. We just kept getting the "they shipped, you should have them tomorrow if not today."

I totally understand your perspective and I am not happy that this has occured or that you are frustrated.

Yes, I would have offered a t-shirt or a cleaning kit or something, that is why I asked.

Please try to understand that although we are guilty in this too, we are trying to give you good service.

Thanks,
Brad

OK, sounds good. If you want to throw in a cleaning kit you can, but I am not expecting it. Let me know if you think it will be later than next weeks friday.

Don,

You actually just missed it with us. A few days after you canceled the order, I got a set in but already had a customer purchase them after you canceled.

Like Trekman said, sometimes they come in quicker then I originally quoted. But I would rather say longer then shorter so no one is ever disappointed.

Although it looks like evosports got this one, so your in good hands.
