Help! Only got till tomorrow! (Oil leak)
I took my car to the garage because it was leaking transmission fluid. The mechanic thought it was the 2 rubber hose that feeds and return the tranny fluid to and from the radiator. He replaced the 2 hose but the fluid was still leaking out. So he is going to replace the whole raditor tomorrow.
I just did a search on this forum and found out a lot of people actually had tranny fluid leaking problem and it was caused by the "electric O-ring seal" and "valve body".
Can someone help me by explain to me what and where these items are? so we can check them before we replace the radiator?

I withness my C55 leaking transmission oil after 2 months, and almost at the same time my friend's C200K did too. ( we bought the cars aorund the same time ). I suggest you stop that garage do anything to your car, they gonna change everything for you because they did not have a clue what the cause of the problem really is. ( Presumably , your car is W203 right? )

Our pictures look almost identical Derrick...... but if u look closely, i had to dremmel my front cover a bit to fit the oil filter....
