aftermarket nav and zenon
Hi guys.
Was wondering if anyone has any input regarding installing an aftermarket nav system in my 05 C55? I'm regretting not getting them factory.
Another regret is not getting zenons installed. I don't think I need it but like the look. Any recommendations on getting aftermarket ones vs getting ones that look like zenons?

If you want just the look... ebay sells replica's.. search the forum, they were just talked about with in the past week or 2, with pics and fitments.
Command... go to MbenzNL website... steve comes to the US everyother month or so and can install your command unit (us spec or euro spec) he is much cheaper than a dealer, plus offeres a warantee.

Everyone on the boards have experience working with him... he can sell u the bi-xenons and navi u are looking for... ALL OEM...... do a search for Steve and u will find his contact information...

Contact this guy ^ he comes highly recommended by many including me. 
Stick with OEM parts on both, especially the NAV and keep the dash looking the way it is supposed to.

I already contacted Steve and can't wait til he comes. I'm going for the Euro spec COMAND and ipod kit. Don't have to dough for the bixenons yet. Bummer.
So I'm really going by all the good things you guys have said about Steve. Don't know why but I'm a little anxious about what is going to happen to my car. One month into ownership, the check engine light went on. Dealer said that it was the air pump that was loose. And then just hearing some of the horror stories about mercedes reliability in this forum, I drive around like I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. I totally love my car and the ride, but just wish I'm not so anxious about it all the time.

Though I have not had the "Pleasure" of conducting business with Steve, the responses that I have heard of have been great. Put your mind at ease about your car because it is under warranty Yes, I know that it is easier said than done, but worry is sometimes a bill that may never have to be paid
