Pics of C55 Front Bumper?
I have a friend looking to get a C55, the only problem, which is the deal breaker for him is that the bumper does not look the same as the one he saw on an episode of topgear where they tested the C55.
He said there was different mesh than the cars he saw at the dealership.
IS there different mesh or a different bumper on the european version of the car? if so, does anyone have the part number so that I can tell him he can get the mesh seperately?
Seems strange to me, but We went to the dealer, and the bumper doesn;t appear to look the same as the c55 featured on the top gear TV show.
I am thinking there is a difference because the model tested on topgear was a euro model versus a U.S. Model.
IF anybody can shed some light on this that would be appreciated.

It was probably the F1 safety car bumper. Did it have two gills on the side (similar to the SL65 bumper)? If so, then it was the safety car bumper. They are nearly impossible to get in the US at the moment, but if you have anybody you know in Europe they can order it for you from AMG Manufactur.

There have only been 2 types of bumpers made by Mercedes Benz for the C55. The standard bumper (which is what you see almost all the time all over the world), and the bumper which came with the "performance package", which is not available outside Germany.

no idea...i only remember they tested the C32 Wagon, but I doubt it made the TV show...cuz I only read about it on TopGear.
