Cool MiniC32, yeah, baby, yeah...

Heres my completed R/C C32. Looks pretty good I think, apart form the obvious screw-ups on the body...I'm just too impatient LOL. If anyone's interested the car itself is a Team Asssociated TC3 Team (Electric) and its actually quite a lot of fun to drive. Not as much fun as the real thing though

Do you race it?

Pretty cool how the body even comes with the V6 Kompressor sticker .

Did it come with all the details?

Badges, Decals? or did you custom make them all?
Excellent work!

Yes, there is a sticker sheet that comes with the clear lexan body and you cut them out. The headlights and everything are part of the sticker sheet.

Thanks guys. HPI actually do a good with the body and decal sheet; they're very accurate. Finding the right wheels took the longest time - they are actually CNC machined alloy and match pretty closely. I had fun creating the mini version...

I don't race the car really - just parking lot fun with some friends that also have 1/10 scale models of the cars they own (or aspire to own!) It's fun to go up against a McClaren F1, BMW M3 and a Firebird Trans Am. It's all a bit "big boys toys" and I really think the kids in the neighborhood hate us all....lol

The rolling chassis is fairly cheap, depending on the type you buy it will range from 150 to 300 bucks, and then bodies are a mere 20 dollars and you paint them yourself. They also have the W202 DTM, CLK GTR, S55 AMG, and a few other Mercedes-Benz bodies.

Thumbs up

Awesome cars! Are they battery or methanol powered?

Looking forward to see a video-clip with the mini-C32 vs. mini-E55 race!
