I got my C32 for 29k plus tax put me up there to 32K. i would say that is a nice deal. I did not have nav though but everything else yes. You could always buy the extended warranty from them or make sure you go to the dealer tomorrow and complain about everything, that is what i did. They changed from transmission to suspension, catalytics, sway bars, Heating unit control, control arm bushings, you name it, even got a free oil change. The most noticeable difference is the Sway barms with the arm bushings, and tranny if jerky. your car will do a 360 in ride comfort and handling, they usually change them around 45k miles. Just tell them there is a knocking sound when you go over bumps and that it is very uncomfortable for the ride. They will change it.

Hope this give you some heads up. Welcome aboard.

suspension is too soft...

outdated interior

and lots of small fixes that should be covered under warranty.. the major one being the transmission jerk from 1st to 2nd. (do a search)

I have iron all my wrinkles out, but If I didn't have the warranty it would of been costly.

I say, if you buy a c32 without the warranty, make sure you have MB inspect the car and a history of all its problems...

c32used, that sounds like a reasonable deal.

In case you're worried about the car spending more time in the shop than on the road (wouldn't blame you given all that has been written here and elsewhere about mechanical and electrical problems), I have some good news to share. No issues on my used C32 since my July '05 purchase.

It has been a pleasure to own and even the local MB dealer has been decent -- didn't nail me to the wall on parts or labor when I needed passenger side mirror casing replaced due to unfortunate garage mishap (my fault, not the car's).
