Angry So much for getting my CF lip before the meet

So after all this waiting I was finally going to get my CF lip. Neal even took the initiative to expedite the shipping to get it here before the meet tomorrow. Thanks to UPS that won't be happening.

They didn't leave the package behind at their facility once but TWICE!! What a bunch of morons. I even volunteered to drive 2 hours to their Ontario, CA facility to pick it up but they said no. There's no way they could have missed the box. It's 71 inches! Whatever...ok thanks for listening.

Or could it be that the carbon fiber lip really doesn't exist?

I guess I thought it was obvious to everyone, but maybe not. Carl Rove did it - duh!

.
keep your hopes up, sometimes they estimate it a day later, or call them today and tell them not to put it on the final delivery truck and you will pick it up at the warehouse...

Call them and tell then that the package contains items needed for a medical emergency and the they have 12 hours to get it to you or you patient will pass away. And that they can deal with contacting the next of kin!

Why would they say no to you after you volunteered to pick it up? I don't understand. I'm in the shipping business and this happens most of the time. All you have to do is go up there with your ID and pick it up. Maybe you need to talk to a supervisor or who evers in charge over there. Tell them that that package is a life and death situation!

They were saying that the Ontario facility is only a connecting hub with no staff during the daytime. I talked to two people and they said the best they can do is offer a refund for the upgraded shipping. Boo! Oh well I'm over it.

Fast Cars!
That is just ridiculous! I am sorry to hear you will not have it in time for the meet. So much for 3 day shipping!

I spoke with UPS, they will refund me in full on shipping when it is finally delivered. I will then credit you back.
